一：係統運行前檢查
1： System pre-operation inspection
1：檢查沼氣流經係統的各閥門控製情況，開和關(guan) 要到位。
1: Check the control of each valve of the biogas flow through the system, and ensure that the opening and closing are in place.
2：檢查循環水管路上的閥門正確使用情況。
2: Check the correct use of valves on the circulating water pipe.
3：檢查各儀(yi) 表，儀(yi) 器是否完好，有無漏氣、漏水存在，能否正常運行。
3: Check whether all instruments are in good condition, whether there is air or water leakage, and whether they can operate normally.
4：檢查每個(ge) 用水點水位，係統嚴(yan) 禁缺水運行。

二：運行中注意事項

1：設備啟動前在控製櫃觸屏上要確定與(yu) 之相對應的設備按鍵。
1: Before the equipment is started, the corresponding equipment keys shall be determined on the touch screen of the control cabinet.
2；循環水泵開啟後，應觀察水泵是否上水，壓力表正常穩定。
2； After the circulating water pump is started, observe whether the water pump is filled with water and whether the pressure gauge is normal and stable.
3：各設備啟動後，注意機器聲音、電流、振動情況、溫度、螺絲(si) 是否鬆動。
3: After the equipment is started, pay attention to the sound, current, vibration, temperature and looseness of screws.
4：每天按時用手持式檢測儀(yi) 測生物脫硫後H2S三--四次。
4: Use hand-held detector to measure H2S after biological desulfurization three to four times every day.
5：營養(yang) 鹽計量泵，氫氧化鈉潛汙泵24小時應有正常工作水位，兩(liang) 桶加水時不要讓液體(ti) 溢出桶外。
5: The nutrient salt metering pump and the sodium hydroxide submersible sewage pump should have the normal working water level within 24 hours. Do not allow the liquid to overflow when adding water to two buckets.
6：曝氣池水溫控製在32℃-35℃，堿法脫硫PH值控製在8-8.5之間，氧化還原電位在-320—-260mv之間。
6: The water temperature of the aeration tank is controlled at 32 ℃ - 35 ℃, the PH value of alkali desulfurization is controlled between 8-8.5, and the redox potential is controlled between - 320 - 260mv.
三：維護保養(yang)

1：每天將係統內(nei) 冷凝水排水閥放空。
1: Vent the condensate drain valve in the system every day.
2：嚴(yan) 格執行交接班製度，並做好設備安全運行記錄、各項指標參數記錄。
2: Strictly implement the shift handover system, and make records of the safe operation of the equipment and various indicators and parameters.
3：定期對設備除塵，潤滑，防鏽（一個(ge) 月一次），保持環境幹潔。
3: Regularly dust, lubricate and rust the equipment (once a month) to keep the environment dry and clean.
4：每天往洗氣水箱注水15分鍾，達到髒水置換作用，一個(ge) 月整體(ti) 換一次水。
4: Fill the gas washing tank with water for 15 minutes every day to replace dirty water, and change the water once a month.
